Travel Point gets latest ISO 9001:2015 certification

TUV Nord, Middle East, a world renowned and leading accreditation firm for certification of management systems, has awarded ISO 9001:2015 to Travel Point LLC, Oman’s largest travel & hospitality company, as their first travel management company to be certified for quality management.

The certificate ensures key processes within the company that deliver customer excellence across various business verticals such as- Corporate Travel, Retail Travel, Holidays, Hajj/Umra travel, Tourist Visa processing are up to international standard, and consistent quality is maintained across the value/supply chain.

The ISO 9001 standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process assessment and continual improvement.

Our decision to work towards ISO 9001:2015 version accreditation demonstrates the commitment to providing a high-quality and consistent services to our clients and our ongoing investment in technology and development,” Sunil D’Souza, CEO, Travel Point Oman said. “Quality is paramount at Travel Point. Sudeep Joseph, Head of Travel, said though corona virus had impacted travel globally, the cruise season is bound to pick up into Oman and out of Oman. “In-bound tourism is also bound to improve,” he said.
