MUSCAT: The Oman American Business Center (OABC) and Cigna, the global health services provider, will host a session on the impact of COVID-19 on employees’ well-being and solutions for employers on Tuesday, May 25, from 11 am – 12 pm.

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has brought on unparalleled levels of stress and anxiety for both leaders and their teams. Left unmanaged, this stress can seriously affect an individual’s physical health and in turn, a company’s productivity.

This webinar is dedicated to helping members and their teams manage employee health and well-being during these times. Raed Labaki, General Manager at Cigna, will walk attendees through the impact of COVID-19 on mental well-being and share powerful tools and practical guidelines to help members manage their team’s wellness and mental health.

Cigna will also share the results of their COVID-19 Global Impact Study, which was conducted to understand the impact of COVID-19 on people’s health and well-being.

Every single one of our member companies has been affected in one way or another by the pandemic,” says Rebecca Olson, Executive Director at the OABC.  “The topic of mental health and the wellbeing of employees is pertinent to us all, as employees are a company’s greatest asset.  Thank you to Cigna for the collaboration and expertise.”
